1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the WebDeveloper.zip website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

WebDeveloper.zip provides custom web development, app development, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement.

3. Project Terms

• Proposals: All project proposals and estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Payment: Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement. Typical terms include a deposit upon signing and milestone-based payments.
• Timeline: Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on scope changes, client feedback delays, or technical complexities.
• Revisions: The number of revision rounds included will be specified in the project agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for their project, unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.

We retain the right to use general techniques, knowledge, and non-proprietary components developed during the project. We may also include the project in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement prohibits this.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide timely feedback and approvals to avoid project delays
• Supply all necessary content, assets, and access credentials
• Ensure they have rights to all provided materials
• Designate a primary point of contact for the project
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the project. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, and any information marked as confidential. We are happy to sign mutual NDAs upon request.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. We provide a 30-day warranty period after project launch to address any bugs or issues related to our work.

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, search engine rankings, or conversion rates, as these depend on many factors beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebDeveloper.zip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. We will provide all work-in-progress files and deliverables upon receipt of final payment.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
